Those over 70 are frailer, easily winded and may already be suffering from debilitating medical conditions. Be sure to ask the insurance agent if any of their polices have an upper age limit. I would start by looking at a company called Direct Line; I have heard they have some of the most affordable policies for people over 74 years old. Higher premiums are just going to come with any travelers insurance policy for those 74+. Look at the needs of the applicant to decide the range the policy should cover.
